Knox County, TN (WOKI) – The Knox County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help following a fatal hit-and-run incident.
Deputies were called to the 3400 block of Maryville Pike around 12:30 yesterday (Wed) for a pedestrian who had been hit by a vehicle. Deputies say the pedestrian was dead at the scene and the vehicle involved had left the scene.
The investigation is ongoing, and detectives are asking anyone who may have witnessed the incident or has information about the vehicle or driver involved to contact the KCSO Teleserve Unit at 865-215-2243.
