Knoxville Police Department have identified the suspect in an East Knoxville shooting.
KPD detectives have warrants for James Perry III, charging him with voluntary manslaughter and weapon offenses.
The charges are in connection to the Valentine’s Day shooting death of Sherwin Harris on McCalla Ave.
