Knoxville, TN (WOKI / WVLT) – A Seymour man, facing several charges including rape of a child, has been arrested in Knox County.
51-year-old Paul Preece, Jr. was arrested Friday and charged with aggravated sexual battery, rape of a child and attempted rape of a child.
He is being held on a $150,000 bond.
