Saturday Sports Talk returns with discussion about upcoming sporting events and highlighting the past week in Tennessee Sports.  Saturday Sports Talk is hosted by the Sports Animals Riley Haltom and Charley Collier.

Riley Haltom

Riley is from Jackson, Tennessee, moving to Knoxville after studying journalism at Tennessee. At Tennessee, he became the first sports director at the new Volunteer Channel and sports director for the student-run radio station on campus. Riley follows the Titans, Dodgers, and Grizzlies and spends free time watching sports and much more.

Charley Collier

Charley is a Franklin, TN native that’s been in Knoxville since graduating from the University of Tennessee in 2021. In addition to his responsibilities at the Sports Animal, Collier has an extensive background in play ply play broadcasting, including a summer he spent calling baseball games in the Coastal Plains League. Currently, you may hear him calling Tennessee Softball or see him on SEC+. Charley’s interests include: mid major basketball, movies, stand-up comedy, country music, zoos, and good food, among other things.
