SNEEDVILLE, Tenn. (Story courtesy of WVLT) – A man has died after a farm tractor fell off of an embankment in Sneedville on Sunday, according to Tennessee Highway Patrol.
It happened around 4:09 p.m. on Sherm Mountain Road.
THP said Steven Dorland, 69, was backing up a farm tractor when he got too close to the edge of the embankment and slid off the right side of the road.
The tractor then overturned down the embankment before coming to an uncontrolled rest against a tree.
