Knoxville, TN (WOKI) – Early voting begins tomorrow, April 15 at 10 a.m. at eleven locations across Knox County:

- NEW – HALLS – Faithway Baptist Church (across from Halls Senior Center), 4402 Crippen Road
- NEW – NORTHWEST KNOXVILLE – Old Firestone Building (In front of Expo Center), 5523 Clinton Highway
- EAST KNOX COUNTY – Carter Senior Center, 9040 Asheville Highway
- DOWNTOWN – City-County Building, Small Assembly Room, 400 Main Street

EARLY VOTING DAYS AND HOURS OF OPERATION
Early voting will be conducted daily from Wednesday, April 15 through Thursday, April 30, excluding Sundays. The standard hours are as follows:
- 10 am to 6 pm – Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
- 10 am to 7 pm – Wednesday
- 10 am to 1 pm – Saturday
- Closed Sunday
- Special hours at City County Building and Meridian Baptist Church (see page 2)

ABSENTEE BALLOT REQUESTS
The last day that voters can request an application for an absentee ballot is Saturday, April 25, 2026; however, the Election Commission strongly recommends that individuals that wish to vote absentee make their request as soon as possible, to allow as much time as possible for the ballot to reach the voter and for the voter to return the ballot.
As a reminder, absentee ballots must be received by the Election Commission by USPS mail or another carrier such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL no later than the close of polls on Election Day. Ballots CANNOT be hand delivered to the Election Commission office or to a polling place.
