Since 2012, John 3:16 Ministries has been a welcoming church and resource center committed to providing both physical support and spiritual encouragement to all. Emphasizing inclusivity—especially for those facing homelessness—the ministry offers vital services including showers, laundry facilities, life skills training, and mail services, while also hosting church services to share God’s word and strengthen the community.

Through McLain’s Painting with a Purpose initiative, their mission is to give back to the community year-round by using the power of paint to uplift and transform spaces that matter. Through their gift of paint projects, they aim to bring new life to local areas, expressing their gratitude and commitment to those who have supported them.

HOW DOES PAINTING WITH A PURPOSE WORK?
Painting with a Purpose is all about giving back to our community through the work we love most. Each quarter, our committee will review nominations for both small and large projects. Smaller painting jobs will be announced to our team, with volunteers stepping in to make an impact where it’s needed most.
Once a year, we’ll select one 501c3 organization to receive $10,000 worth of painting services. This special project will bring our entire company together for a full community event, creating a big transformation for a local charity.
We’d love your help in finding the organizations that could benefit most. Nominate a deserving non-profit, church, or 501c3 during our nomination windows and join us in spreading the purpose behind our paintbrushes.
