CORNERSVILLE, Tenn. (WOKI / WVLT) — Dolly Parton’s highly anticipated Tennessean Travel Stop now has an official opening date.
The Buc-ee’s-style destination is scheduled to open June 24 in Cornersville, offering travelers a one-stop experience with food, fuel and entertainment.
Originally announced in November, the travel center will feature a variety of attractions, including barbecue, Dolly’s Ambition Coffee and exclusive merchandise tied to the country music icon.
In addition to food and shopping, plans for the site include a full-service restaurant, a dog park and several entertainment elements. According to the project’s website, the space will also feature a stage, mural, tour bus exhibit and lounge areas for visitors.
The travel stop will offer both traditional gas pumps and electric vehicle charging stations, aiming to serve a wide range of travelers.
Leaders say the project is designed to create a uniquely Tennessee experience while boosting tourism and providing a new roadside attraction in Middle Tennessee.
