A rubber roof blew off an apartment complex in downtown Knoxville. Crews were called in Thursday night to the 1100 Studio Apartments on Lula Powell Drive for reports of a collapsed roof. They found the rubber membrane and some metal flashing had blown off of two buildings. About 150 different units were affected. No injuries…MORE
