Additional resources including the proposed land use map overlaid with transportation projects, the presentation given at public events, and a recording of one of the virtual sessions at https://advanceknox.org/

Knox County’s current Comprehensive Plan hasn’t been updated in almost 20 years. During that time, the county has experienced significant growth and change. Advance Knox is a unique opportunity to align land use and transportation goals to create a blueprint for the county’s future. It will help guide decisions about where and how growth occurs and where infrastructure and service investments need to be made in the years to come.
